I came into DevOps through content.
My career started with an English degree and a technical writing job. It became a working knowledge of cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and now AI — because the fastest way to learn a technology is to have to explain it to someone who will notice if you're wrong.
The short version
I translate complex technical concepts into content people act on: white papers, documentation, battle cards, proposals, and messaging that holds up in front of engineers and executives in the same meeting.
What separates me from most content people is systems thinking. I don't just deliver the piece. I design the mechanism behind it — content operations frameworks, knowledge governance, AI-assisted editorial workflows, and purpose-built GPTs that automate research and outlining without sacrificing accuracy.
I've been quoted on AI adoption, cloud, and cybersecurity in publications sponsored by Google, AWS, and Microsoft, contributed to Opensource.com with multiple community awards, and published an eBook on implementing DevSecOps with Red Hat.
